Description
Enjoy a morning of crochet and chat with Ann in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Chapel Hill. The delicate art of crochet is a lifelong skill that you'll use to make beautiful gifts for others and items for your home and wardrobe. Start by learning a couple of basic stitches, and build on that with more advanced stitches. When a crochet hook feels most comfortable and with a variety of yarns and patterns, you'll learn a new skilled or develop your existing ones in no time.
The crochet class offers shared learning opportunities within the group with the benefit of an expert and encouraging Tutor to hand. Students will learn a variety of stitches patterns and techniques from the common stitches to learning to read a crochet pattern enabling students to create their own personal projects.
Create beautiful works, grow your skills and techniques with stitch, construction, patterns, and develop your colour palette skill. No specific skills or sophisticated machines are necessary. Each week time will be given to discuss any learner needs and to learn from one another or come for the coffee and chat while you stitch your own creations.
