Class and Workshop places

Places in our classes and workshops are offered on a first come, first served basis to individuals, once payment has been made.  If a course is over subscribed or has insufficient subscription to allow it to proceed, the student may be offered the option of a transfer to another class or workshop, or a refund of their course fee.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to pro-rate courses. It is not possible to reimburse individuals for missed classes. Even if students know in advance that they cannot attend one of the dates of the course/block that they have signed/or wish to sign up for. All classes must be paid for in advance regardless of attendance.

Refunds

The class or workshop fee is not refundable after 7 days before the start of the class of the term unless the chosen course is cancelled.

Cancellations

A minimum of 7 days notice must be given by students before the start-date of the workshop / the first class of the term in order to qualify for a refund. An administration fee of 10% will be retained by Chapel Hill School Art.  If the booked space can be filled, Chapel Hill School Art will endeavour to return all incurred expense.  If a class or workshop is cancelled by a student in less than 7 days no refund can be offered.  However,  Chapel Hill School Art will endeavour to fill the place and make a total refund.
