Youth Filmmaker Award

Chapel Hill School of Art is excited to announce the Micheál O’Loinsigh Youth Film Competition and Award 2023.

This is a youth film competition in two categories 14 to 18yrs and 19yrs to 25yrs. We are looking for films with an identifiable Irish language element of 3-to-5-minute duration. This competition is open to young people all over Cork. We are looking for your experience of your cultural environment expressed through film.

The competition opens on March 9th and closes September 1st at 5pm.
